Track Set For Start Of Final Round Of NCAA Championships

Brianna Ilarda, Millie Paladino, and Julian Oakley will compete in the championships in Eugene, Ore.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College track and field teams are set for the start of the Final Round of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Ore. The Final Round will take place over a four-day span, from Wednesday, June 7 until Saturday, June 10. The Friars have three athletes competing in the Final Round. Junior Millie Paladino (Morgantown, W. Va.) will be in the 1,500 meters, junior Brianna Ilarda (Perth, Australia) will compete in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase, and graduate student Julian Oakley (Tauranga, New Zealand) will race the 5,000 meters.
