<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT size=3 face="Times New Roman">This past Saturday, Freshman Shelby Greany competed at the NCAA Championships in Eugene Oregon in the finals of the women’s Steeples. Shelby ran an aggressive race and finished 6<SUP>th</SUP> overall and earned All-American status. Her time of 10:00.88 lowered her existing American Junior Record by 4 seconds of which she had set in the preliminaries two days earlier.</FONT></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Shelby’s All-American honor becomes the 136<SUP>th</SUP> awarded to a Providence College athlete under the direction of Coach Ray Treacy.</FONT></FONT></P>
