<p><strong>Fayetteville, Ark.</strong> – Providence College graduate-student Emily Sisson (Chesterfield, Mo.) finished third in the NCAA Indoor 3,000 meter championship race at the Randal Tyson Center in Fayetteville, Ark. tonight (Saturday, March 14).<br>
<br>
After winning her first NCAA title last night (Friday, March 13) in the 5,000 meters, Sisson came back to record a time of 9:01.16 for third-place.

With a combination of Sisson’s first-place finish in the 5,000 meters and third-place finish in the 3,000 meters, Providence finished in 11<sup>th </sup>in the team scoring at the championship (16 points).<br>
