Laura Nagel Captures All-America Honors For Providence College Women's Track

Nagel earned All-America honors at her indoor NCAA Championships debut.



ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Senior Laura Nagel (Napier, New Zealand) of the Providence College women's track and field team competed at the Division I NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships today (March 15) in Albuquerque, N.M. Nagel captured All-America honors in her indoor NCAA Championship debut.



Nagel finished 13th overall in the 3000 meter race with a time of 9:37.84. For her efforts, Nagel earned Second Team All-America Honors.



The women will continue with action with the 2014 outdoor track and field season set to begin on March 29 at the Stonybrook Quad. The meet is set to start at 1:00 p.m. in Stonybrook, N.Y.
