PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The USTFCCCA released the first National and Regional Rankings polls of the regular season on Tuesday, Sept. 12. The latest poll of the season has the Providence women ranked seventh and the men ranked just outside of the top 30. The Providence men received votes in the national poll but sit just outside of the top 30 teams.

To this point of the season, the Friars have raced partial teams at both the UNH Dual meet and the Nassaney Invitational. The women won the UNH Dual meet and finished second behind Brown at the Nassaney Invitational. The women won both the UNH Dual meet and the Nassaney Invitational.

The Friars will race their full squads for the first time at the Boston College Battle in Beantown on Friday, Sept. 22.
